What is the Catering Package?

This package is designed for anything related to food. We like to keep a variety of different foods from Burger stalls, stone baked pizza's, Toasties, Noodle bars and ice cream and the list goes on.

- All caterers are placed outdoors

- We will require a Food Hygiene Certificate

- Set up day is the morning of the event.

 SPONSORSHIP / BRANDING  - £500.00

What is Package 4?

Package 4 is what we call the Sponsorship package. This has been designed for maximum exposure. What you will get is:

- Complimentary indoor or outdoor trade stand

- Your Logo on official Flyers and any marketing material

- Your Logo on the main stage

- Your Logo on banners placed around the event (Stage & Plaza)

- Permission to have your own marketing material placed around the show.

- Your logo on our Newsletters which go out to 3000+ Subscribers

- Your Company/Brand shared on all our Social Media Platforms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

- All trade stands come with x2 Staff Tickets as standard (any additional staff will need to purchase General Admission tickets).

- All trade stands come with 2x Show car passes (Show car passes are only for the drivers, additional passengers will need to purchase a ticket). 

- Our Setup Dates / Times differ on Indoor & Outdoor pitches. 

- Indoor pitches need to be set up on the Saturday. 

- Outdoor pitches set up day is the day of the event on Sunday.

- Trade Pitches are approx 5m X 10m

Please note, Indoor pitches are limited, and we would like to keep a good variety in the VIP hall.

Detailing Brands will only be limited to two positions in the VIP hall.

Once you have booked via the form below, you will receive a invoice via email to purchase your pitch.

Once this is paid, your pitch is secured and more details with setup times and tickets will be sent out to you.
